Guest House

This guest space has a lot of natural light coming in. Hardwood floors and dormer windows are throughout the house. This is a comfortable area for watching digital TV, and HBO, or movies on the VCR. The sleeper sofa pulls out to a spacious queen size bed.

This brand new queen size pillow top mattress is our most comfortable. The furnishings are antique, yet functional. Down comforter in winter keeps you cosy. We have lighter linens for the hot weather.

This is a sweet little area, also light filled, to enjoy the meals you fix yourself, order from Eat In/Out, or whatever you bring in. Enjoy your private meals here with fine dishes, linens, and delightfully filtered lighting.

This New York style kitchen (like a hallway and cupboards floor to ceiling) is well equipped with everything you might need in a home away from home. The kitchen has everything you might need - coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, microwave, toaster-broiler oven, four burner stove and full oven, and good pots and pans.

Enter your private domain up in the trees here - a gracious space with all hardwood floors, sweet architectural details, and lovingly furnished. There is comfort and convenience - digital cable TV, VCR, CD player and a private phone line.

We have just built a wonderful deck and new stairs here for your comfort and convenience. There's a bit of room to share outside if you are inclined. . Here in the Guest House you are hidden up in the trees at the back of the property, separate from the rest. It's an easy home-away-from-home, very well equipped and cozy. You should find everything you need here. Walk in with your suitcase and settle in comfortably. All you need are your own clothes. Extra linens are provided if you have guests on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Two night minimum, $200 per night, $1200 per week, (plus hotel tax) single or double occupancy. $50 per day for extra person or extra bed. Rates vary for longer stays, by the length of stay and the season. Please inquire for a custom designed stay; we have discounted monthly rates. Please note that the Guest House is not part of the B&B, and breakfast is not provided, as you have your own kitchen. Spring water and coffee are provided.
